Responsibilities

• Responsible for materials and products sourcing, handling and monitoring the bidding procedures including tender document preparation, analysis and negotiation
• Coordinate the selection of building materials and interior finishing products  
• Responsible for supplier recommendation and selection, building up of network with various parties
• Factory inspection for quality monitoring and sourcing
• On-site technical support
• Follow up post contract monitoring

Requirements

• Diploma in Purchasing / Supply Chain / Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 5 years relevant working experience in procurement of building materials or others in construction industry
• Specialist in construction materials and products is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Purchasing Officer
