Key Responsibilities:
- Identify risks and opportunities to smoothen project progress and development
- Review, monitor and report actual project progress to control cost and quality of every project in order to align with the company core values and strategies
- Organize and attend site-meetings to report and update project progress
- Ensure the project milestones / deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required standard.
- Liaise with internal and external customers, manage different contractors and technicians for project success
- Resolve any project-related and ad-hoc problem
Job Requirement:
- High diploma or degree holder in project management or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years working experiences in construction/ building materials is an advantage, candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Manager.
- Proficient in AutoCAD is an advantage.
- A good team player with great communication skills; independent and well-organized; committed and reliable; hands on and result-oriented with the ability to effectively plan ahead; monitor and control works standards to deliver quality results within time and cost budget.
- Analytical mindset, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skill and outgoing; a fast learner with good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Immediate available is preferable.
