Job Description
Duties
- Assist in overall project planning, co-ordination and quality control;
- Prepare site program, shop drawing and progress report;
- Assist in tendering, including cost analysis, material enquiry and submission;
- Material ordering, monitor production, and quality inspection; and
- Assist in payment application to clients and assessment of sub-contractors’ work progress
Requirements
- 3 years or above relevant experience, preferably in interior fit-out projects;
- Diploma or above in related disciplines.
- Good at IT literacy, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Excel, Project);
- With detailed mind and good communication skill; and
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
