Our client is one of the renowned Property Developer in Hong Kong, which they are currently looking for a number of talents with town planning background to join their team.

Responsibilities:                                            

• Manage multi-disciplinary consultants on planning, urban design, and technical assessments, such as traffic and environmental aspects
• Conduct research to identify property development opportunities emerging from the future transport infrastructure
•  Manage the master planning process for optimal and sustainable property development, include conducting feasibility studies and preparing master layout plans for statutory and non-statutory submissions
• Communicate with government authorities for approval of statutory submissions and endorsement of non-statutory proposals
• Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders and partners in the project planning and implementation stages

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Town Planning or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, with 2 years supervisory level
• Member of Hong Kong Institute of Planners or a recognized planning professional institution or equivalent
• Good management and communication skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong commercial acumen is an advantage
