Duties: 

• Planning, implementation and supervision of various campus development, renovation, maintenance projects; 
• Prepare tender and contract documents, and making tender recommendation for both new and maintenance projects; 
• Lead and supervise an in-house technical team for facility maintenance of various campuses;
• Review and improve the college’s facilities projects implementation procedures and maintenance system.

Requirements:

• Holder of Degree in Building Surveying / Architecture / Building Studies / Building Services or equivalent; 
• At least 5 years of practical experience in alternation and addition works, maintenance and repair of buildings and supervisory level; 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in using AutoCAD.
