Job Description

• Reporting to the Project Manager.
• Delivering full spectrum of quantity surveying services including preparing cost plans and tender documents, handling contract administration, sub-letting, variations and claims preparation and final accounts settlement.
• Monitoring cashflow and certifying payment and variation.
• Preparing material take-off documents, pricing, drawing measurements and checking of all tender material.
• Complying with QA standards as well as the company's best practice.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects.

 Job Specification

• University graduate / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies.
• Min. 10 years proven experience with Main Contractor.
• Experience in NEC contract is preferred.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Highly self-motivated and independent, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor.
