Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage residential and commercial property development
- Manage overall project timelines, contract and cost, construction and quality of works of projects from inception to project handover stages
- Coordinate & liaise with consultants and all relevant parties to timely issue all design, details, documents, materials and deliverables
- Monitor consultants and all relevant parties to ensure all Government submissions have made on schedule
- Manage and monitor contractors to control site progress and to ascertain their compliance with the required standard of workmanship and specifications
- Monitor the development and construction cost with consultant team to ensure the project is development within budget
- Prepare regular project progress reports for Joint Venture partners and internal use
- Perform ad hoc task as requested by the Department Head or Senior Management
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Building Studies or related disciplines
- Member of HKIA, HKIS or equivalent professional bodies
- Registered Architecture, Building Surveyor or equivalent professional qualification with over 2 - 4 years’ post qualification experience
- Have working experience in the property developer or consulting firm to manage residential and commercial developments
- Conversant with local Government ordinances, statutory procedures and professional practices
- Good liaison skills with various consultants and ensure timely delivery of quality outputs
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Strong managerial and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Good team player, pro-active, self-motived and able to work under pressure
