• Prepare technical proposals for tender submission
• Carry out design optimization to make competitive technical proposals
• Manage architects and design consultants to ensure the quality of their deliverables and to meet the tender submission programme
• Liaise, communicate and co-ordinate with clients and government authorities in terms of tender submission
• Independent, able to work with limited supervision. Self-motivated with excellent coordination skills

• Degree in Civil / Building Engineering, in Building, in Construction Engineering Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5-8 years related building construction / coordination experience; with  BIM / CAD / MiC / DfMA experience shall be considered as an advantage
• With MHKIE / CIOB / MHKIS or equivalent is preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Senior Project Engineer (Tendering)
