- Set Up a maintenance team, plan and manage maintenance works with respect to building maintenance
- To solve technical problems independently and deal with urgent/emergency repairs
- To monitor and supervise the improvement works independently to assure quality of works
- Establish operation and maintenance plans and manage the associated works to meet the above objectives.
- Lead technical staff to deliver safe, reliable and cost effective operation and maintenance services in building maintenance aspects.
Job Requirement
- Degree holder in building studies, building surveying or construction related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in building construction and maintenance works
- Good management skills and strong sense of responsibility
