Salary package ranging from HK$900,000/annum to HK$1,600,000/annum  and will have attractive performance bonus from projects assigned ,a sign on guaranteed bonus of up to 20% of a 2 year salary package is applicable

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction and/or design and construction and/or maintenance projects at main contract and/or specialist/nominated subcontractor level
• Manage business relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities, suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other players in the market
• Contribute to tendering exercise by engineering and business connection input

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Civil /Structural /Infrastructure Engineering or Construction related disciplines
• Above 6 years’ experience in engineering and construction is required
• Exposure in both office and site works of construction projects in HK and/or overseas is preferred
• Professional qualification is a plus
• Good management and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
• Excellent command of English and Chinese languages
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Project Manager as appropriate
