Responsibilities

• Conduct project on-site supervision, monitor & report project progress
• Outdoor site checking for workmanship and progress of projects
• Monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters for all current projects
• Gather and analyze data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness
• Control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives and subcontractors

Requirements

• 4 years or above of experience in  fitting-out works, preferably in Luxury Retail project
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Strong problem solving skill & Good communication skill
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Ms Office
• Candidate with less experience will considered as Project Coordinator
