Software Developer (Junior / Mid-level / Senior)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible the design, development, documentation and technical support of software applications and solutions.
• Responsible for maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable code for defects free and successful exploitation of technology and tools of our company Building Information Modelling (BIM) platform.
• Academic qualifications related to Architecture, Construction, Civil, Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering.
• Knowledge (essential) and experience (desirable): for example in Java Development, design patterns, enterprise architecture, REST based applications, web programming languages, database application.
• Good problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication (Cantonese/English/Mandarin), good organisational skills, good team player

Requirements for the senior position:
• For the Senior position, a master degree or above in the aforesaid areas is required.
• Proficiency in mainstream programming language: C/C++, C#.
• Proficiency in mainstream scripting language: JAVAScript, VBScript, Python, etc.
• Relevant developing experience on WPF-based applications or UI frameworks.
• Familiar with SQL Server/mySQL/SQLite for data development.
• Familiar with computer graphics, familiar with OpenGL/WebGL (preferable).
• Second development experience on BIM software including Autodesk Revit, Bentley etc. (preferable)

Software Developer Trainee (PHP/ HTML/ JS/ CSS)

Responsibilities:
• Enhance software/ web applications
• Design, code, system support, test and implement
• Design documentation and code management
• Bring innovative ideas to solve enterprise solutions/ smart city
• Technologies/ Research involved: AI/ML, Building Information Modelling (BIM), IoT, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency

Requirements:
• Dipolma or higher in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Engineering/ FinTech or related field
• Knowledge in construction/ engineering/ BIM software (i.e. Autodesk) is advantaged
• Min. 2 years of experiences in software developing, system engineering etc.
• Ability to work autonomously
• Good in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Self-motivated learner, visionary thinker, cooperative teammate

 Skills & Experience:
• Application development: web programming languages (PHP, HTML, etc)/ object-oriented programming/ JAVAscript/ Node.js/ CSS/ design patterns/ REST based applications/ database application/ SQL, etc
• Data analysis and automation using programming language: Python/ R/ MatLab, etc
