URGENT POSITIONS!! We have multiple roles available for an experienced project staff to join an award winning large scale building Facade/Curtainwall projects.  

Position 1: Project Manager (Upto HK$70k)
Position 2: Assistant Project Manager (upto HK$55K)
Job Location: Hong Kong

Project Department: Facade/Curtainwall 

Salary Package: HK$55,000 to HK$70,000 per month + 14 Months Guaranteed (Very Competitive Basic Depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Construction, Building Engineering or other construction related subject
• At least 10 years of overall background in project management, with 5 years in facade/curtainwall experience with contractors
• Strong management, communication and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Co-ordinates and manages all Site activities associated with the Company's assigned projects including management of all project staff and sub-contractors responsibilities
• Represent the company to liaise with the Sub Contractor, Consultants, Client and lead the project team towards the execution of efficient, cost effective works and cost control
• Monitor the performance of the projects, sub-contractors, and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of projects
• Manage the daily operation of the assigned project in accordance with company's policy
