Job Description
- Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with minimum of 3 years in Piling & Footing works
- Minimum requirements to be Qualified for TCP-T3 level – RSE Stream in accordance with the Code of Practice for Site Supervision 2009 for Cap & Foundation Works
- Minimum requirements to be Qualified for TCP-T3 level – RGE Stream in accordance with the Code of Practice for Site Supervision 2009 for Geotechnical Works
- Extensive Experience in the supervision Socket-H Piling, Footing and Cap works
- Experience in supervising pipe piling, soldier piling and Excavation and Lateral Support Works
- Extensive Experience in the supervision of re-bar fixing, form-work inspection & removal, back-propping and concreting works
- Experience in the supervision of minor builders works
- Capability to carry out on-site coordination with Main Contractor and Specialist Contractors
- Capability to monitor continually the contractor’s construction operations and compliance with the specifications
- Capability in checking monitoring works for ground & building settlement, tilting and vibration
- Good report writing skills
- Capability in preparing meeting minutes and conducting site meetings pertaining to structural aspects of the works
- Proficiency in written and spoken English to be able to communicate with the Client’s representative
The tentative employment period for the above position will be about 12 months with the option to extend to 15 month with gratuity payable on satisfactory completion of the contract and the tentative commencement date of employment will be in September 2022.
