Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily contract administration;
• Assist in budget control and tender procurement;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Studies / Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• 3 years’ relevant experience for commercial / residential projects;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese);
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
