Responsibilities: 

• Supervise a team of in-house technicians in providing emergency and technical support to tenants in their business operation
• Plan and monitor routine MVAC maintenance and repair works
• Handle relevant procurement and payment certification process
• Prepare monthly billing report to tenants in respect of extra air-conditioning/ electricity consumption and minor repair works
• Manage inventory status of spare parts for corrective and preventive maintenance
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Automation or related disciplines
• Of around 2 years' experience in operation and maintenance of chiller plant/ air-conditioning, building management and fire services systems of large scale commercial complex
• Registered Electrical Worker with Grade A0 or above
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel & AutoCAD
• Experience in tender document preparation and compilation is preferred
