Responsibilities:

Procurement

• Plan, organize and manage the procurement process for offices in Greater China
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors
• Supplier research and selection and manage specifications development
• Engage in sourcing/ trade fairs, evaluating and qualifying of new suppliers
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures
• Value analysis & price negotiation for all purchasing categories
• Monitor and review market conditions, price and delivery trends for project materials, equipment and works
• Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement
• Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
• Inventory control and coordination with demand planner
• Disposals and other related functions

• Establishes and implement ISO 90001: 2015 system, educate suppliers to fulfill ISO requirements
• Plan and implement a quality control system for documenting all orders and products
• Manages all process from receipt of purchase orders, material purchase, random sample testing, supplier markings, assembly of products to final quality checking
• Manages and oversee all incoming materials, checking and recording, sampling of materials Check and make sure all materials comply with requirements before proceeding with orders
• Manages and oversee all products are meeting quality standard before shipment/ deliver

• Degree holder in procurement, supply chain management or related discipline
• Minimum 6 year’s working experience in procurement and quality control, experience in Construction industry is a plus
• Skillful in negotiation, is resourceful, decisive and analytical
• High integrity, mature and driven to work independently
• A good team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft software
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and spoken), Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• Travel is required
