Job Description
Applications are invited for the following positions for a composite development in Hung Shui Kiu, New Territories
Resident Assistant Clerk of Works [Ref.: RACOW-HSKIB]
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.
- Relevant post-qualification works experience as RACOW of not less than 5 years;
- Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous
HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and
English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
Tentative employment for the above posts to be commenced in October 2022 for approx. period of 20 months.

(a) 持有香港理工學院 / 香港理工大學 / 香港科技學院 / 香港工業學院 / 香港專業教育學院之其中一間工業學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書的同等資格；
(b) 在取得以上資格後持有最少五年相關之工作經驗；
(c) 香港中學會考 / 香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科及英國語文科中取獲 2* 級或以上成績或同等學歷；
[* 備註：在香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科 (課程乙) 中取獲 E 級成績，在行政上會分別視為等同於二零零七年或以後舉辦的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科取獲 2 級成績。 ]
此職位預計於2022年10月開始，合約期為20個月.
