Job Description

• Manage and supervise the QA/QC Team of the project to perform their duties;
• Liaise with Project Manager and Site Agent on all quality-related issues;
• Conduct and prepare Quality Audit Reports;
• Conduct site inspections and mitigate any potential quality problems to make sure the construction is performed in a quality manner;
• Participate in site meetings to report the quality performance of the project timely; and
• Collect and analyze the date to drive continuous improvements.

Job Requirement

• High Diploma or above in Duilding Studies / Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in QA/ QC;
• Experience in ISO9001 or relevant quality standards;
• Experience in the management of construction works and site supervisor;
• With construction experience in ISO Audit and AAHK is an advantage;
• With strong communication , analytical and negotiation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in project management software tools such as Aconex and SnagR is an advantage; and
• Immediate available is an advantage.
