Currently, they would like to hire a Clerk of Works to manage their high-end residential projects in Hong Kong. This position is based in the site office.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating with consultant and contractor
- Carrying out daily inspection, compiling daily report and biweekly report for the project
- Issuing site memoranda on non-compliance on quality and site safety;
- Supervise the contractor on work sequence and practical construction method; and assist the contractor to devise rectification method on non-compliance works.
Requirements
- High Diploma or Diploma in Construction/ Building Studies / Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in high-end residential projects from foundation stage to handover stage
- Independent, proactive and hard-working
- Good Command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
