Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CM and his/her representatives in preparation of working drawings/sketches, as-built record drawings, in manual and/or electronic form and to undertake other related duties as directed by the CM or his representatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or Architectural Studies from a Hong Kong Polytechnic or Technical Institute, or equivalent and with a minimum of two years relevant drafting and preparation of drawings experience;
- Possession of proficient skill in Photoshop, 3D, Auto CAD, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word and Excel.
