Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;
• Perform project planning and site supervision;
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;
• Participate in other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in Building Services / Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;
• Possess 4 years’ relevant working experience in participation of Design and Build project;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project;
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;
• Candidates with more than 6 years' relevant working experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
