Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work independently and co-ordinate with the Project Manager, Contract Manager, consultants and contractors for all project related activities to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives for E&M related works
- Advise project team on cost effective and value-added improvement works
- Manage and monitor E&M Consultants and Contractors performance
- Degree qualification in Building Services Engineering or related discipline with a membership of HKIE or CIBSE will be an advantage
- At least 12 years’ experience in E&M contract or project management in the construction industry, particularly experience with consultants/property developers would be an advantage
- Electrical and ELV background would be an advantage
- Experience in handling small and large-scale residential projects in HK
- Responsible for prestigious residential and commercial developments in HK
- Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of buildings and planning
- Working knowledge of BEAM Plus
- Strong organization and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both English and Putonghua
