Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide trouble shooting on technical & quality issues, providing advice, solutions & prevention plans
- Deal with internal and external parties on all operation, repair & maintenance issues and tenancy services
- Prepare specifications and tender documents for all operation contracts and R&M works in accordance with ISO requirements
- Lead a technical team to control and manage the effectiveness and efficiency of all facility maintenance works for Grade A Commercial Buildings
- Plan and monitor the facility maintenance budget, schedule and progress, especially for system upgrading & improvement works
- Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure health & safety, sustainable practices & environmental protection during the implementation of maintenance works
- Collaborate with relevant government bodies to study and formulate necessary policies with implementation plans for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience, with 3 years at managerial level, preferably in the field of repair & maintenance for Grade A Commercial Buildings
- Member of SOE/IET/CIBSE/BSOMES or HKIE or equivalent is preferred
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker License Grade B or above is must
- Well-versed with relevant ordinances and ISO9001, 14001 & H&S implementation
- Presentable, with good communication and leadership skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
