Job Description
職責:
- 監督現場施工質量及進度，處理突發事情
- 負責與大判管理溝通協調及監督外判工作
- 需獨立處理工作及跟進工程進度
- 需協助及執行施工安全守則
資歷:
- 中學程度
- 必須持有T1證書
- 持有安全督導員證書者優先考慮
- 具有使用建築信息模型 (BIM) 的知識/經驗者優先
- 兩年或以上地盤管工經驗
- 較少經驗者，可考慮助理管工
- 較多經驗者，可考慮高級管工
