Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models;
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model changes;
• Modify and advise on altering design, variations and track changes;
• Attend and assist in project coordinate meetings

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate or above in Architecture / Structural / Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years' experience in the operation of BIM tools
• Hands-on experience in computer drafting with AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks
• Green Card holder
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
