Responsibilities

• Liaise, communicate, and coordinate with clients / contractors / in-house technicians to perform daily work arrangement and on-site inspections to ensure the quality and progress of works
• Assist in preparation of technical proposal, tender, and quotation relevant documents
• Major in maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning systems
• Handle engineering problems in Building Service systems
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline
• Preferable with 3-years’ relevant experience in E&M operation of air conditioning, mechanical and electrical facilities
• Experience in sizable air-conditioning system will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Engineer and Scheme "A" training programme accredited by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) can be provided
• Strong sense of accountability, result oriented and customer focused
• Immediately available is an advantage

(Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate from university will be considered for the post of Assistant Engineer)
