Job Description
Our client is a multi-business group, covering property development, manufacturing and financial service, etc, which is expecting a legal professional to join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all-round legal documents, including drafting contracts and commercial T&C
- Provide legal advice on various commercial transactions and compliance matters
- Service as a gate-keeper of documents translation, from English to Chinese and vice versa
- Mainly handles the Sale and Purchase of property contracts and related paperwork
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Diploma in Legal or above
- 3-years experience in legal service
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
