Redpath Partners are currently representing a prestigious Hong Kong based Developer who have been very active in the region over the past decade.  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building materials and FF&E sourcing
• Work closely with Project team to understand the selection of building materials and interior finishing products
• Clarify requirements, review specifications of materials, source and conduct quotation process to supplier and prepare recommendation report
• Explore and source potential suppliers / contractors to widen the supply base
• Collect and update material specification / market prices / market trend  

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Building Studies / Supply Chain or related disciplines
• 5 years relevant working experience in procurement in construction/ Interior
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc.
• Highly self-initiatives, problem-solving with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
