Our client is a top developer and they are seeking for a new purchasing officer to support their new residential project.

Responsibilities:
* Assist Project team to oversee the tender & Electrical Appliances bidding processing
* Responsible for electrical appliances products sourcing
* Coordinate the selection of electrical appliances and interior finishing products with project management team
* Capture requirements, review specifications of materials, source and conduct quotation process to selected supplier and prepare recommendation report
* Explore and source potential suppliers / contractors to widen the supply base
* Collect and update material specification / market prices / market trend
* Setup & maintain the Product & supplier database

Requirements:
* Degree in Building Studies or Purchasing or related disciplines
* 5 years relevant working experience in developer responsible for direct procurement
* Strong network in the field
* Good command of English and Chinese
