Responsibilities

• Provide architectural function support for projects, including design and project management, including government projects, renovation projects;
• Manage full cycle of project development from conceptual & schematic design and formation to detail design and Construction drawing review;
• Act as focal point of contact to coordinate with various professionals of multiple disciplines throughout the project cycle;
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, applications and contracts;
• Review design proposals, tender / contract documentation and reports;
• Keep design progress on track and make regular reporting on design status;
• Establish good relationships with government departments under development, such as Architectural Services Department, Buildings Department and Civil Engineering Department to ensure that all relevant technical qualifications and documents are approved;
• Liaise with construction professionals in examining the feasibility of potential projects;
• Regular site coordination;

• Degree / Master in Architecture or equivalent preferred, Qualified members of HKIA, RIBA or equivalent, AP priority;
• Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience preferably in large-scale residential and commercial projects, Hong Kong new build and A&A projects;
• Knowledge of BIM technology and assembly, strong skills in parametric modelling is an advantage;
• Have a strong design capability and clear understanding of design and implementing a design ethos;
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhino;
• Strong relationship building skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently;
• Excellent fluency in English & Mandarin;
