Major Responsibilities:

• Handling works orders, inspection of works, site measurement of works, completion records and payments for Term Maintenance Contract.
• Assisting the supervisor to implement proactive/preventive maintenance works.
• Assisting the supervisor in quality control of works and monitoring the progress on capital and maintenance projects.
• Site co-ordination with internal and external parties to ensure smooth works operation.
• Performing ad-hoc duties as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

• University graduate in building studies, civil or construction engineering or related discipline.
• Preferably with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience.
• Candidate with other qualification or less working experience will also be considered for appropriate post.
