Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager / Senior-in-charge on all aspect of civil engineering design works
- Provide technical inputs for civil engineering design and consulting assignments
- Provide accurate and professionally responsible outputs on program and on budget
- Coordinate between project team members, clients, government agencies, design institutes, and other stakeholders to facilitate project implementation
- Assist in technical proposal preparation, prepare tender documents and tendering assistance
- Conduct project research program if required
- Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering or related engineering disciplines
- Effective individual contributor with ability to work well in team
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to meet various deadlines to complete tasks and project works assigned
- Self-motivated with high personal drive for achievements and success
- Knowledgeable in IT tools including business and engineering software and applications
- Good command in written & spoken English while Chinese language skills may be preferred
