Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ability to propose solution selling into prospect account base
- Ability to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Effectively communicate client needs to the System & project teams for future Solutions and product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence
- Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Prepare tender, Quotation and Proposal to our customer
- Growing the original business partnership through upsells and cross-sells (assigned customers or Consultant)
- Managing relationships between the client and sales and customer support, and retaining their long-term business through contract renewals by ensuring client satisfaction
- Manage Business development Team to meet the Target
- Degree or Associate degree in Engineering/ ICT/ Business/ Marketing is required
- Relevant 3 years sales /customer experience in the service industry
- Fluent in written & spoken Chinese and English
- Outgoing personality with strong initiative and self-discipline
- Good communication & presentation skills
- A high level of initiative & integrity
- Electronics Engineering qualification preferred
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager
