Our clients are sizable Main Contractors in Hong Kong.  In order to cope with their expansion, they are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team:

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient contract administrative services on assigned project(s) and support the Commercial Manager in commercial contract management activities
• Provide support in tendering and cost estimation and administration
• Conduct cost management and analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of records at the construction sites
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to carry out quotations, cost management, and other QS works

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Quantity Surveying or other related engineering disciplines;
• At least 5 years experience in main contractors;
• Preferably with working experience in building projects contracts;
• Practical site experience in building QS works is essential
• Solid experience in negotiation with clients and subcontractors would be a definite advantage
