• Provide in-house user support including Windows, O365, general desktop applicationsInfrastructure support including Network management, Firewall security, Windows Server
• Support and monitor in Windows and Linux Server system, Active Directory, File share security, dhcp, DNS, snmp, Data backup and restore, PABX phone system, Printer system
• Project support including Cloud environment management and monitoring, VMWare, Azure, Kubernetes, Jira,  MongoDB, Datadog , industrial system (IOT) IT part design
• Onsite IT support, construction sites and restricted areas
• In house user support : Python
• Management including vendor management, IT items procurement, project presales and tender consultancy, cost control, reporting and problem escalation

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT, Data Science or related discipline
• Experience in PC setup, Microsoft products, email system and mobile support, back office operations
• Knowledge of programming languages including but not limited to VB, VBA, VBS,  Python, ASP, ASP .Net, Database such as MongoDB, MSSQL, Firebird
• Networking knowledge is required specially in complex network environment with LAN, WAN, Mobile LTE, NB IOT, IPsec, GRE, MPLS, VPN
• Knowledge of Server and Desktop Virtualization platform (VMware, Azure), Storage System (NAS, SAN) & inter-networking (switch & firewall) is preferred
• Excellent team player
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
