Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning and procurement activities
- Coordinate site works execution
- Liaise closely with other professionals, including client,consultant & contractors etc
Job Requirements:
- higher diploma in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 3-10 years relevant experience of Building services or E&M engineering in large scale renovation and fitting out or building project
- Familiar with fitting projects are preferred
- Assist with shop drawing development and coordination as well as CSD / CBWD
- AutoCAD drawing & drawing knowledge is a must
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
