Our client is a MNC group and its business covers real estate development and knitting.The group is looking for Senior Surveyor to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform project administration, e.g., prepare tender document and cost and budget reports.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets and costing
• Monitor site progress and quality of construction projects
• coordinate with Construction and Project Teams

Requirements:

• Degree holder Quantity Surveying / Building Surveying or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in residential and commercial building project is Preferred
• Member of RICS or HKIS is Preferred
• Proficiency in both written English and Chinese
