• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator.

 Responsibilities:

• Assist project team and coordinate with project sales;
• Assist project manager on project planning, coordination, progress monitoring and timeframe of contracted projects;
• Prepare correspondence material submissions, reports and method statement.

Salary and remuneration:

• HK$20,000 or above depending on the seniority of the position offered.

 Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / construction management or equivalent;
• at least 3 years' working experience;
• Hardworking, strong problem-solving skills with customer-oriented service attitude;
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese;
• Proficient in with AutoCad, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Knowledge of site measurement and quantity surveying is preferred;
• Good communication and site management skills;
• Immediately available is preferred.
