Our client is a international Brand and they are going to expand their in-house design team in Hong Kong and currently hiring an Inhouse Interior Designer with relevant retail/ F&B/ hospitality interior design project experiences. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create conceptual design, schematic design, layouts and material selection
• Coordinate between suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders both onsite and offsite to develop detailed design solutions
• 3D modeling and rendering support from the team is available
• Work closely with design & project directors
• Handle full sets of presentation and manage project tendering 
• Communicate well with internal design support members/ project managers

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree Holder or above in interior design
• Minimum 5 years relevant projects experience in retail/ F&B/ hospitality projects
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp etc.
• Able to work independently, have a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
• Able to generate creative design ideas and to handle full set design drawings and specifications
• Good artistic ability, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and attentive
• Proficient in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
