We have an exciting opportunity to join VSL as Plant Engineer in Hong Kong.

Your role:

• Follow and improve the maintenance work of various in-house developed equipment.
• Be the key person for coordinating the work between different teams (Hydraulic, Mechanics, Electrical).
• Implements and enforces the operating procedures to ensure proper record and quality of work. Proceeds with the necessary modification when applicable.
• Makes sure that the plant in use is in good technical condition.
• Participates in the quality checks of equipment prepared at the workshop prior delivery to site in order to enable a smooth setup.
• Measures and analyzes the performance of the equipment to prevent any malfunctioning.

What you will bring:

• Major in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline.
• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction industry.
• Capable of supervising a team.
• Have technical knowledge of site equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, AutoCad and SolidWorks.
• Cantonese and English speaking.
  
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered.
