Job Responsibilities
．to conduct daily inspection for compliance check;
．to identify the potential hazards for site safety and monitor the prevention measure in order to minimize all accidents, incidents and injuries;
．to conduct incidents/accident investigations;
．to prepare materials for regular site safety report, meetings, promotion and follow-up work;
．to support all aspects of site works such as material handling, site; coordination,
．to liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure the smoothness of daily operations;
．to undertake any other duties as assigned by the management.
．Reporting to Project Managers, monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to ensure project quality could meet client’s standards
．Liaise with both internal (arrange order with Factory and design team) and external parties to facilitate site progress according to project schedule
．Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site

 

Job requirement
．Diploma or above in Occupational Safety and Health, Building Services etc.
．minimum 5 years relevant experiences in construction;
．good understanding in the construction processes;
．good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
．good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
．well-organized, independent, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility with good interpersonal and communication skills;
．willing to work at site working hours;
．immediate available is preferred.
