Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties
  • Provide commercial reports for monthly meeting with management
  • Submit Interim Payment Application, valuation of variations
  • Settlement of Final Account 
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for project claims issues
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Surveying
  • 3 years' QS experience in building & construction
  • Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate will less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
