Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update BIM models/families;
- Fulfil BIM deliverables in compliance with BIM standards and guideline;
- Coordinate and collaborate with different parties with the use of BIM applications
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Architectural studies, Building Studies, Civil Engineering, or other construction related discipline;
- 1-3 years of BIM modelling experience;
- Practical experience of BIM applications in multi-disciplinary project;
- Good knowledge in the use of BIM platforms/3D modelling software such as Revit/Dynamo/Civil 3D/Navisworks/Rhino/BIM360;
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Good communication skills;
- Preferably Associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (AHKIBIM) or equivalent
