Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To conduct freezing surveys and various surveys for announced projects
- To implement project engagement programme after freezing survey by visiting affected owners, tenants and occupiers
- To conduct site inspection and area measurement of properties and screening interviews with affected owners, tenants and occupiers
- To collect data and documents for assessment of the eligibility of affected owners, tenants and occupiers for various compensation, allowances and rehousing offered under the established policies
- To negotiate and reach settlement with affected owners, tenants and occupiers
- To assist in the allocation of rehousing units for eligible tenants or occupiers
- To carry out tenancy and rental administration and property management work
- To support in the arrangement of meetings and public briefings for various stakeholders
- To prepare and compile related letters, reports, schedules and statistics
- All the above work will be carried out within and beyond normal office hours
Requirements:
- Degree holder in surveying or building / housing / property management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in surveying, housing management or related fields relevant to the job requirements
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English, preferably with ability to speak and communicate in Putonghua
- Willing to work outdoors and outside normal office hours
- Possession of a valid Estate Agent Licence will be an advantage
