Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Responsible for pre and post contract quantity surveying services including estimating, cost control, procurement arrangement, contractual issues of local projects
• Private / Public Projects both available based on your preference
• Provide extensive support to the Senior Team Leaders and Team Leaders on project delivery.
• Capable of taking a QS assignment from conception through to completion with limited supervision.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirements.
• Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors 
• Ensure consistency of service delivery

• Degree / HD / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building / Engineering
• Holder of MHKIS or MRICS is preferred but not a must
• Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in QS are preferred
• If apply for Public Sector role, ASD / NEC experience is a plus but not a must
• Candidate with pre-contract experience will have advantage
• Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
• Able to run projects individually
• Able to work as a team player
• Ability to communicate clearly both spoken and written English and Chinese
