Job Description
Implement company business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships, and identify new opportunities with developers, through providing ongoing value added support and solutions to our clients.
Duties: -
- Responsible for the direct sales process from offering proposals, applying product knowledge in details on project implementations, and ensuring all post-project work are well followed up with, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding clients’ expectation.
- Organize visits to current and potential clients with pro-active marketing initiatives to support pitching activities of developers
- Conduct market analysis to ensure our offers stand well in the competition, as well as to maintain internal Client Fact Book and Strategic Plan for each customer.
- Strategize client retention tools and maintain value added long term relationship with our clients
Requirements: -
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with exposure in construction industry or B2B trades or building supplies, knowledge in high end products would be an added advantage.
- Degree holder with high level of communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Strong client focus, passion in team work, believer of can-do and self-started achiever.
- Candidates with less experience would be considered as “Assistant Manager”
