Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist building surveyors/project managers to handle alteration, refurbishment, maintenance, enhancement and condition survey consultancy projects including the undertaking of design tasks and preparing statutory submissions / tender documents
- Monitor contractors’ activities, conduct site inspections and contract administration
- Liaise with clients / property owners’ representatives in respect of the consultancy projects
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/Associate Degree/Degree in Building Surveying or Architectural Studies
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge in AutoCAD required
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Availability under short notice preferred
