Responsibility：

• Maintain and promote safety and health aspects to front-line staff
• Attend related external and internal safety meetings
• Plan, implement, control, maintain and improve health and safety measures  Perform safety training and promotional activities
• Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections
• Review, support and participate in external Audits and when required
• Conduct regular internal audit and provide advice on preventive actions 
• Perform ad hoc duties relating to safety as assigned
• Create, review and update Safety Management Manual
• Support HUB, Safety Representatives and employees in operating safe working environment, safety activities, safety system implementation and address any safety concerns or issues
• Conducts accident investigations and completes incident reporting for Project Management review 
• Provides training and education to Company personnel regarding safety requirements, including coordination of new hire safety orientation programs

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or any other related discipline of education is required
• Experience in provide H&S training, conduct site inspection, risk assessment and accident investigation
• Experience in dealing with Government Departments
• Around 5 years’ relevant experience in H&S. (Building construction)
• Registered Safety Officer in Labour Department is a MUST
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese 
• Knowledge of Putonghua is preferable
• Familiar with the regulatory safety requirements and standards
• Experience in Safety Management System implementation, development and risk control programs
• Experience in Warehouse and Logistics is preferred
