Reporting to the General Manager of HK & Macau Retail, the job incumbent will be responsible for the leasing management of the store network in HK & Macau.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in formulating and implement the store development and business strategy for both Hong Kong and Macau
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies and financial assessment; recommend potential sites for management consideration
• Responsible for lease renewal negotiations, budget forecast and control, and co-ordinate all project & business development related activities
• Develop and maintain good relationship with landlords, agents and property developers
• Participate in new store development projects to ensure capabilities meet with Company standards and guidelines
• Prepare monthly reports for management review and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Prepare tender proposals, perform site visits and handle all matters relating to business development

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of solid leasing management experience, preferably in Retail or FMCG industry
• Hands-on experience in handling tenancy administration
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Self-motivated, proactive and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
• Meticulous and possess business acumen in business negotiation
